Which devices support Syrve Dashboard?
The Syrve Dashboard app is available for iOS and Android.
Why are not all points of sale shown in the list?
If it’s a new point of sale and Syrve Dashboard has been used before, update reference in settings. The application will restart and new data will appear, provided that there are already sales at the new points of sale on the Syrve server.
If it’s not a new outlet, check the cash shifts in Syrve Office or Syrve Web. By default, the app takes data for the last 7 days. Increase the “Number of Days” parameter in the connection settings (e.g., to 30) and update reference.
Also, check if the outlet is assigned in the user account’s “Subdivision” field.
If everything is correct, check if the Syrve Dashboard license allows showing all point of sales.
Opened a new restaurant, but it doesn’t appear in filters?
In Syrve Dashboard settings, tap UPDATE REFERENCE.
The app doesn’t show current day data. What to do?
- First, check if data is visible in Syrve Office. If not, check the cash terminal’s connection to the server.
- If data exists in Syrve Office but shows as zero in the app — update reference in settings.
- If outlet names were changed in Syrve Office, reconfigure the filters in each KPI after directory update.
No connection to the server. What to do?
Check Syrve server availability and internet connection on your device.
Where can I find field descriptions for Syrve Dashboard reports?
The app works with Syrve OLAP reports. Field descriptions are available on Syrve Knowledge Base
At first launch, the app loads slowly and times out. What to do?
On large databases, reduce the “Number of Days” parameter in the connection settings (e.g., to 1) before synchronization.
What permissions are needed for Syrve Dashboard?
- B_CASR – View sales reports
- B_VOTR – View OLAP transaction reports
- B_RPT – View reports
If only B_RPT is granted, the app will run in stock-view mode.
What is “Night Mode” for?
It adjusts report times for 24/7 venues to display today/yesterday correctly during night hours. Example: set offset to 5 hours.
How to set points of sale visibility for different users?
In Syrve Office → Syrve Chain, assign the needed “Subdivisions” for each user. Then, update reference in Syrve Dashboard.
Why did closed points of sales disappear from Syrve Dashboard?
By default, the app uses 7 days of sales data. Increase the “Number of Days” parameter or wait for new sales.
